Refund & Return Policy
Parcel Opening Video Requirement:
For all damage claims and return considerations, customers are requested to record a clear parcel opening video while unboxing the package. This video is mandatory for verifying damage claims and ensuring a smooth resolution process.
Handwoven Saree Characteristics:
As many of our sarees are handwoven and traditionally crafted, slight weaving marks, extra threads, thread pullings, handloom lines, or minor irregularities are natural characteristics of authentic sarees and are not considered damages.
Damages & Reporting:
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged products. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The issue should be clearly visible in the parcel opening video without cuts or edits.
Saree Folding Requirement:
Returned sarees must be properly folded in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Sarees returned in damaged or improperly folded condition may not qualify for exchange.
Exchange Process:
The exchange process will begin only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team. The product must meet all return eligibility conditions mentioned above.
Color Variations:
Please note that product colors may slightly vary (5β10%) due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution differences. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for minor color variations.
No Refund Policy:
We currently do not provide refunds. Eligible cases will be processed only as exchange or store credit.
