1.Order Processing & Dispatch

β€’ Delivery within Kerala usually takes 1 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch.
β€’ Deliveries to major towns and cities may arrive earlier depending on courier availability.

Shipping to Other Indian States

β€’ Delivery across India generally takes 3 to 7 working days from dispatch.
β€’ Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time depending on the courier partner.

Shipping Charges

β€’ Free shipping may be available on selected orders or promotional periods.
β€’ If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will be applicable.

3.International Shipping

β€’ Currently, House of Kanchika primarily serves customers within India.
β€’ For international order inquiries, customers may contact us directly before placing orders.

4.Packaging & Transit Safety

β€’ Every saree is carefully quality-checked, folded, and securely packed to maintain fabric quality, zari work, and presentation.
β€’ Once the parcel is handed over to the courier partner, delays caused by weather conditions, courier service issues, festival rush, or regional restrictions are beyond our control.

5.Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

β€’ Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details while placing orders.
β€’ Address modifications can only be accommodated before dispatch.
β€’ Orders returned due to incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

6.Return Shipping

β€’ For approved damage-related returns, return shipping assistance may be arranged within India.
β€’ For exchanges requested for other reasons, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
