• Dry clean recommended to preserve the tissue and zari.
• If hand washing is necessary, use cold water and a very mild detergent.
• Do not soak for a long time.
• Do not wring or twist.
• Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.
• Dry in shade; avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
• Iron on low heat, preferably from the reverse side.
• Use a protective cotton cloth while ironing the zari.
• Store completely dry, wrapped in a soft cotton/muslin cloth.
• Avoid storing in damp or humid places.
